Return & Refund Policy
All our products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Wrong color selected
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll offer a free reprint or a full refund. To qualify, you must report the issue within 30 days of delivery and provide photo evidence of the defect.
Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, please report it within:
- 30 days after the estimated delivery date for domestic orders
- 45 days for international orders
Not Eligible for Reprint or Refund
- Wrong shipping address provided by the customer
- Low-resolution design files submitted by the customer
- Size deviations under 1 inch
- Print placement variations under 0.5 inches
